Definition of Ready

How do you know when a story is ready to be brought into the sprint? Have you ever stopped mid-sprint with a question on what the business was asking? Were you blocked moving moving forward because you weren't sure how to test a new feature?

A solid understanding of your team's definition of ready (DoR) act as guardrails to ensure what whichever stories have made it into the sprint are ready to be worked on with full attention.

A lot of work can be lost in a poorly maintained definition or ready or definition of done. Team members can spend valuable time in rework when these practices are not strongly held.
