Developing norms can seem trivial, but it is critical to establish proper expectations. This allows the team to work with more clarity and provides a clear platform to raise any concerns. The Dojo is a great opportunity to reset, define, and redirect how the team approaches roles, expectations, and patterns.

Here are some questions to help the team's conversation. The following sections help highlight how to change the culture within the team, including product owners, developers, testers, business analysis, and scrum masters.
- What are your core hours?
- How do we handle remote, hybrid, in-person?
- Which mediums will you use to communicate?
- What do you do if the main branch is red?
- How often will we pair or mob, and will these be scheduled or adhoc?
- How will you handle work interruptions?
- What will merge checks or peer reviews be handled?
- When to submit a pull request and how long can it stay open?
- Where is your source of truth?
- How do you maintain documentation?
- Will you practice continuous flow or large batch?
